SpicyChat alternative after the price increase
SpicyChat raised its paid plan prices on September 8. If you are shopping for an alternative, Veltale keeps text chat cheap and only charges Sparks for pictures (12 Sparks each, shown before you tap). First 15 messages are free, then 5 free a day. Everything a character says is made up by an AI.
Try chat freeText stays cheap; pictures are the paid upsell
Veltale meters text at about 0.67 Sparks per message after the free tier. A picture in chat is 12 Sparks. You always see the picture price before you confirm.
Free tier you can actually use
15 free welcome messages, then 5 free messages every day — not a one-shot trial that ends after a handful of replies.
Optional prepaid Chat Pass
Want unlimited text for a stretch? Chat Pass is $6 for 7 days or $15 for 30 days, prepaid crypto, no auto-renew. Pictures still use Sparks.
Honest comparison
Veltale is not SpicyChat. Plan names and exact SpicyChat features differ. We are an adults-only AI chat and image site with crypto packs and pictures that match the scene.
